Our client is looking for a full time vet, able to help out on the after-hours rota which involves 2 nights per week and 1:4 full weekends.

Ideally looking for a vet who can commit to working 3-4 shifts per week, sole charge with excellent support staff. The small animal side of the business is very busy with lots of case continuity and work-ups. The large animal side is beef cattle and includes individual cow medicine, herd health, tb testing, calvings/cesareans, bull and pregnancy testing. The equine element is general equine first opinion but can include reproductive work from time to time. Our client is looking to remunerate above award, with after-hours bonus and in the longer term, further work related bonus schemes. The working day is generally 8-5 Mon to Friday with after-hours shared on an equal 1;3 rota.
