Carlton Professional was established more than 10 years ago by a practicing veterinary surgeon who saw an opportunity to develop the sort of locum agency he wanted to utilise. The company was developed by bringing on board an experienced team of recruitment professionals, drawing on both of these areas of expertise to focus on specialist recruitment to the veterinary profession. The company has grown from strength to strength and covers all areas of both veterinary practice and associated industry. We provide permanent and locum opportunities for locum vets and nurses, and offer a customised recruitment service for practices looking to expand their teams.
We have dedicated individuals within the Carlton team who work in specific areas, whether that’s representing candidates looking for their next permanent job, or locums wishing to maximise their earning potential. We work closely with our clients to get a good understanding of their needs and match the skills and experience of our candidates to get the right person for their job.
We receive new vet and nurse applications on a daily basis – we therefore benefit from a resource of candidates that is constantly renewing itself, whilst maintaining a strong core of long-established, skilled and reliable locums.
